The eclectic and intriguing can design of Seattle's own Fremont Brewing Co. lent itself to quite the ridiculous backstory. In a playful short advertising the beer, I imagined the characters on the can art coming to life and acting out their story. Instead of the marooned astronaut being predictably gobbled up by the T-Rex (also somehow stranded in space), I imagined the astronaut's terror turning to relief when the dinosaur just wants to crack open a cold one with him. I wrote, directed, art directed, animated, and illustrated this video.
