ALASKA

I ventured to Alaska to capture the indescribable splendor and diversity of "The Last Frontier." Breathtaking landscapes clothed in Autumn colors abounded, along with (sadly) receding glaciers, bounteous canyons, and abandoned structures once home to wayward travelers. Perpetually overcast Fall skies gave way to a moody, dreamlike photo texture. Though my friend/subject appears throughout many of the photos, he serves as a reference point for the sheer magnitude before us. Amidst the background of a millions-old glacier, there is a humble reverance that recognizes we are so small amidst a grand, complex ecosystem.
